Please note that approximate shipping times are estimates provided by shipping providers and are not guaranteed. Additionally, due to the global impact of COVID-19, our courier service providers have suspended all service guarantees until further notice. As this is beyond our control, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

RETURN
If you have any problems with our products you received, please email us first. We will give you the best solution. We value every customer and are more than happy to help them solve their problems.
Once you decide to return your order and we approve your request. You have 7 calendar days from the date of our approval to return the item. You must message us as soon as possible before starting to return. Also, please email us some pictures of your item before sending it back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you sent us the picture.
*PLEASE NOTE: We have some gemstone offerings as every gemstone is different. It looks nothing like the pictures we posted. We will not accept reasons for returns such as "The stone I received did not match the picture".

We have a 7 calendar day return policy, which means you have 7 days to request a return after you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you may contact us at service@edumantoys.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order when you receive it and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (such as special order or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept hazardous materials, perishable Returns for flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on specials or gift cards.

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to buy a new item after you return it. We will refund you after receiving the package within 1~3 days.

Refund
We will notify you when your return has been received and inspected, and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue the refund.

EDUMAN products comply with all applicable mandatory US safety standards. All of our products have passed TUV, SGS and some other international certifications. But please note that all our products are designed for children 6~12 years old or older. Because there are some small accessories in our products, if your child is too small, they may have the risk of eating them by mistake. That's why we strongly recommend that children under 6 years old not play with our products by themselves.
Every EDUMAN product comes with instructions for use, and the instruction manual always provides important safety advice for children. Please read them before letting your child start playing.

Some kits and their finished products contain small parts that can be a choking hazard if not handled properly. Keep out of children's mouths and keep your pets out of active areas.

Keep food and drink away from activity areas. Do not eat or drink while testing. Do not put materials associated with this product in mouth.
